Description: The base of this beer was developed to create the feeling of fall harvest. Flavors of molasses and raisin help set the table for the star of the show... The fresh Centennial hop from Umpqua Hop Farms and all of its bitter orange aromatics. We used around 200 lbs of fresh hops for our fresh hop beer last year, but this year we wanted to go big, so we added over 1,000 lbs of hops. That's a fuck ton. Sit back and welcome in the fall with this once in a year beer!
