We also added wheat flour and 50 lbs of local apples (a high pectin fruit) to the boil. Brewed at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi, Belgium. Sold in bottles by Omnipollo in Europe. Inspired by experts everywhere, this one was brewed with a haze that lasts!
