Description: The beer started out as a lager named Felix that aged and acidified in many French oak foeders (large barrels) from 1-2 years. It was then transferred to our stainless cellar. A separate strong golden lager was brewed and peach juice was added. The sour Felix is then blended to taste with the peach lager to create a fruit beer for those who don’t like ‘fruit beers’ and a sour beer for those who don’t know they like sours… yet.
