Description: Red Duck RA ancient ale series have developed a cult following amongst sour beer lovers. AMON-RA takes a different approach, in that it is not supper sour, just tart, funky and complex. We used the same gooey grain "bread" mix, but fermented on some wild yeast developed from cherries. We added some locally made Egyptian syrups while barrel aging, and some green plums too. Be amazed.
