Description: The 10th release in our year long Moon Series, Hunter's Moon. After the fields have been reaped, the leaves begin to fall and the deer are fat and ready for eating. Hunters can ride easily over the fields' stubble, and the fox and other animals are more easily spotted. This beer was brewed with Riverbend Wheat malt, sweet orange peel and a strong hop backbone of Summit, Amarillo, Galaxy and Citra hops. To bring out the tropical flavors from our house wild yeast strain, we blended this beer on roughly just over 1lb of Blood Orange juice per gallon giving it a strong tropical, citrus flavor to complement the sweetness from the milk sugars which were added to the boil.
