Description: An alcoholic IPA, also affectionately known as "Seal Fuck" due to a failed rubber seal on the fermenter, during the brewing process. The brew master thought he had a hung fermentation in his hands, when it was just a leaking seal. To try and kick-start fermentation he played with temperatures and agitation during the first three days of fermentation, and this affected the characteristics of this West Coast IPA. Robust alcohol on the palate and finish, Citra not as pronounced as expected...but the girls seem to love it!
