To keep the rye flavor up front we only hopped after the end of boiling and during lagering in the tanks. All Ryed! - what Poles and Estonians like the most! Podczas warzenia zużyliśmy 200 bochenków czerstwego chleba żytniego i mnóstwo żytniego słodu.
