Description: 2016 version of the anniversary barrel blend that combines beer fermented with and soured by the wild yeast and bacteria from Tawse Gewürztraminer must, and a sour ale. Both were aged in French oak for two years, before being blended (80/20 Gewurtztraminer/sour ale), and bottle conditioned. The final result is a stunning, tart, and complex beer ripe with floral, peppery aromatics, and flavours of white grape, Brett funk, lychee, and citrus.
