Description: As brewers, we engage in bricolage by embracing the variety of ingredients and processes available to us. Each batch of Bricoleur will be fermented, in turn, by Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces, and Brettanomyces. Beyond that, they will vary batch to batch. Batch Three is inspired by Grisette, a dry, hoppy (Centennial & Meridian), “farmhouse” brewed w/ wheat. This bottle contains live “wild” yeast and bacteria - as it ages, the funk/sour may increase, if that’s your thing.
