Description: Foedre Aged Brett Pale Ale. Brewed with barley, spelt, oats, wheat and hopped in the boil wirh Belma and Simcoe. 6 different Brett strains were used then transferred to the foedre alongside 400lbs of peaches. Then dry hopped with Citra, Hullertau Blanc and Huell Melon.
