Description: All the Good Things is a collaboration coffee saison with The Glass Jug in Durham! We took green coffee beans and aged them in red wine barrels that previously held one of our wild saisons. We added blueberry puree to the barrel, and let the beans ferment before sending them over to our local Cactus Creek Coffee for roasting. The beans were steeped at the end of fermentation, imparting coffee aroma and flavor while the beer maintains a deceptively light color. Great beer, wine barrels, blueberries, coffee . . . it really has All the Good Things!
