Description: To commemorate our first anniversary we brewed this Belgian-style Quad for easy drinkability despite it’s elevated strength. After primary fermentation began to slow, we racked the beer onto over 1 pound per gallon of plum puree to complete fermentation. Restrained fruity Belgian yeast aromatics underlie notes of juicy plum, toffee and caramel before an off-dry finish.
