Description: First off, sorry for making a 16.6% Stout, the yeast was really happy on this fermentation. But trust us, this "Angry Little Grandma" doesn't taste that boozy at all. We wanted to create a Mexican Mole inspired beer by adding Piloncillo, Cacao Nibs, Cinnamon, Ancho Chilies and Vanilla Beans to bring all the ingredients together. Although this beer has chilies, this beer is barely spicy. The Ancho Chilies lend more of a smokiness to the overall complexity of the beer.
