This tradition gave us the idea to partner with the owner of a local orchard to create this apple beer. Brewed from malt, apple juice is added to the maturation tank to create a fruity and spicy experience. A refreshing and slightly bitter beer , The Red Apple has a nice acidity with little notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
