The Cream Ale is a dark red beer with the taste of malt and caramel. It is brewed with 100% aromatic hops Cascade giving it a character of American beer. Saturated with a mixture of nitrogen (70%) and CO2 (30%) (beergaz), the foam will be thick, white and very stable. Alcohol is present in the mouth and in perfect balance with the bitterness and sugar.
