Description: As a celebration of our first year under our belt, we took our Imperial Stout (Voted Best Stout at the 2017 Craft Cup at Battle of the Brews!) and put it to sleep in “Sonoma Spirit Works” Rye Whiskey barrels for 6+ months. We then carefully blended back a portion of the non-barrel aged version to create a harmonious Stout. Only a few kegs of these will be released. Brewed with Irish base malts, Oats, Chocolate and Black Patent malts from the U.K. and bittered with Magnum hops. The Rye Whiskey barrel adds additional notes of vanilla and coconut. Dangerously drinkable!
