Description: Proud to introduce our first collab with Three Chiefs Brewing Co. Meaning "rice" in Chamorro, Hineksa takes inspiration from Three Chiefs' roots in Guam. Rice and palm sugar come together with Citra and Galaxy hops in this recipe to create a lush and tropical DIPA. As we worked with our new friends from Three Chiefs, we learned that Ancient Chamorros used rice in food and drinks for special occasions. Today, Hineksa is a staple of any gathering of friends and families. Just as we have come together with Three Chiefs Brewing Co. to create this beer, we hope you enjoy and share amongst your friends and families. Pouring a golden yellow straw color with moderate haze, Hineksa lifts a bevy of ripe tropical fruit aromas with highlights of sweet mango, pineapple rinds, and freshly juiced oranges. Following the nose closely, flavors of white peach and pulpy citrus layer on the palate balanced by a gentle pine tip bitterness. Medium bodied, Hineksa has a blissful tropical sweetness accentuated by a silky smooth mouthfeel and mouthwatering finish.
