Description: This is a smooth pale ale brewed with both 2-row and wheat malts. We use a moderate amount of British bittering hops to keep the overall bitterness mild, but we went to town with flavoring and aromatic hops! American Northwestern and New Zealand hops all play a significant roll here. By using these varietals we achieve an intense burst of tropical fruit, piney-ness and resin in the nose. Very easy to drink, and weighs in at 5.1 % ABV.
