Description: This pumpkin imperial stout was brewed with Alton Brown’s pumpkin spice recipe and over 143 lbs of sugar pumpkins. We roasted most of the pumpkins by hand to carmelize their sugars and smoked a portion of them to add layers of complexity. We then aged Cloaked Rider for over a year in American Bourbon barrels to create something eerily indulgent, brimming with rich notes of chocolate, toffee, coffee, bourbon and pumpkin pie.
