Description: The first of our Embrace the Resin series features Amarillo fresh hops from Gamache Farms in Yakima. We brewed a dry, West-coast style IPA to show off the slight grapefruit, orange and peach flavor and aroma notes of the Amarillo hop and then used copious amounts of fresh hops to bring that beautiful resinous and slightly fresh grassy character that truly signify the a fresh hop beer. A delicious first run in a series we look forward adding to each year.
