Description: Collaborating with Keg Creek, we created a base pale ale together. To show how yeast can effect the same beer, Keg Creek brewer Eric Sorenson finished their version with an American ale yeast and called it Surprise Me. 515 brewer, Barb Becker, finished the beer with French saison yeast and called it Suprends-Moi (French for surprise me). This is a great way to taste how yeast can completely change a beer.
