Description: All Fermented in Oak A Small Token of Respect for Those Who Led the Way A beer made to celebrate the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Brouwer's Cafe, March 2023. This beer was blended from saison fermented and aged in barrels which formerly held 'Big Gin' and refermented on organic 2022 harvest 'Balaton' cherries from Apple Cart Fruit in the Okanogan Valley. Brewed to celebrate the 18th anniversary of Brouwer's Cafe in Seattle. Our brewery surely would not exist without it. Thanks to Matt Vendenberghe and Nat Pellman. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 09/29/2022
