Description: Inspired by the American Amber Ales, Roulette is our take on this classic style. Our point of difference however is the generous use of only unique and aromatic New Zealand hops. American by design, New Zealand by nature, here’s what we think it is. Pouring a dark straw hue, Roulette offers a fresh aroma and flavour with suggestions of passionfruit, tropical fruit and orange/grapefruit from the New Zealand Riwaka and Kohatu hops, all nicely balanced with light caramel and toffee notes from the array of European malts.
