Description: Our Colorado Native Duarte Plum is relaxed in Colorado whiskey barrels for nearly a year with several strains of brettanomyces and various souring organisms. After aging, fresh Duarte-variety plums from Palisade, CO are added. Its amber base beer contains notes of rich fruit that blend well with the fresh plums, creating a well-rounded, deep flavor. It is then bottle conditioned with brettanomyces for yet another layer of complexity.
