Description: First international collaboration brewed by AF Brew from St. Petersburg, Russia and Bierfabrik from Berlin, Germany. Double Russian-German IPA was chosen as a starting style with 5 German malts in the bill: Pilsner, Munchner, Roggen, Melanoidin and Diastase, and 6 international hops in the boil and 'hopfenstopfen': Magnum and Hallertau Blanc from Germany, Galaxy from Australia, Kazbek from Czech, Comet from USA and Podvyaznyi from Russia. Due to the number of unforeseen certification, logistics and customs issues, the beer had been occasionally but carefully matured in the BBT for around 10 months, additionally dry-hopped thrice, and finally shipped safe and sound to Russia.
