Description: Hops: Centennial, Willamette Malts: All Vienna! In tribute to Loki and a good friend with just as much twinkle in his eye as that trickster of Norse Lore, we bring you Low-key ESB. The recipe uses all Vienna malt, for a malt character both rich and bready. Steady additions of Willamette and Centennial hops every 15 minutes during the boil add a balancing bitterness and a complimentary fruitiness to what otherwise is truly a malt forward beer. An easy drinking English Ale we’d love to share with Neil Gaiman.
