Description: This massive Double IPA aged in American Oak is big enough to be called a triple IPA. Lots and lots of malt was used to build enough backbone to hold up the true feature hops. Bittered with Zythos and flavored and dry hopped with Falconers Flight, the bitterness is enough to flatten even the most seasoned hop head. The prominent flavors are fruits of all kinds (tropical, citrus, apple, cherry, etc.) a little piney touch, and hints of toffee and caramel.
