Description: This beer is our take on a Belgian-style Quadrupel. Dark amber in color, rich malt flavors of dark fruit and caramel combine with a fruity fermentation and spicy finish. We then age it for a lengthy period in California red wine barrels where it developed notes of oak, wine-like fruit, and tanins.
