Then we added aromatic hand-chopped Meyer lemons to the boil, and fermented with our house saison yeast. The result is a tart beer loaded with citrus flavor and the kick of sweet lemon, lemongrass and a hint of tropical fruit, best for sipping on summer days in San Francisco. This light, refreshing brew pairs best with flakey white fish, shrimp, and lemon bars.
