Description: Special made for the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 <p> This beer was brewed a very long time ago on our old system, July 8th 2009 to be precise. The base lambic underwent a rather complex mashing and then had a boil with old hops. Then we put the beer to rest for 3½ years on a Bourgogne barrel adding a sour blend containing 3 different Brett strains – and all sorts of cute bugs. In early 2013 we woke up the beer by adding fresh berries, and put it back to rest for another 3 months. We love fresh berries but cannot recommend anyone buying them in the middle of the Danish winter.
