So we asked a local historian to dig into the location of Amager Bryghus. And to say the least, we were thrilled to discover that our brewhouse is located next to an old water hole on the historic trash trail across Amager. Since ancient time our ancestors have quenched their thirst right here while transporting their rubbish to the famous trash pits of Amager. Likewise is the Buffalo Trace Destillery in Frankfort, Kentucky located on what was once an ancient buffalo crossing on the banks of the Kentucky River. Thus history blends together beautifully – from Amager to Kentucky. We hope you’ll enjoy how we in this special edition of Hr.
