Description: Wine Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Ale with Nectarines 3.5% ABV This mixed fermentation project is a blend of two different batches brewed in our first year. One a Grissette with Brett Drei and the other a Berliner weisse with Pediococcus. After 2 years of aging in red wine barrels, we married them together and conditioned the final beer on freshly harvested Summer Flair Nectarines from Tenerelli Orchards located in the California high desert. Lelu is a beautiful balance of funk and delicate fruit with a crisp finish.
