Description: This fantastic German style beer is Amnesia's first collaborative beer effort with Old Ivy Brewing of Vancouver, WA. This Berliner Weisse is made with Washington specific ingredients including Yakima valley hops. The grain was allowed to steep for 48 hours prior to fermentation. Both brewpubs will also offer two house-made syrups, which are customary to the style. Green (Woodruff), and red (raspberry) are the traditional syrups but a Washington twist will be a green apple and bing cherry syrup.
