Description: For beer lovers and hop heads, Fall is one of the best times of the year as the hop growers ship fresh, juicy cones harvested right off the bine to brewers. In 2013 we used Mosaic fresh hops for an IPA recipe. After the boil, we ran wort back through the mash tun that was filled with 30 lbs of wet hops (shipped to us 48 hours after being picked), infusing the wort with luscious, green hop oils. This is one of our most favorite beers to make, and then end product said it all. Extremely fruity and exotic aroma – a blast of lychee, grapefruit, mango, and passionfruit. Flavor is much like the aroma, but with an element of fresh cut grass. One of our favorite IPA’s, especially since the aroma pretty much knocks you to the ground. Seek out our Naan Pizza with curry Masala sauce for this one.
