Description: Tempest was derived from an idea to combine the smoothness and drinkability of an English Imperial Stout with the aggressive hop character of the American style. Adding further uniqueness to this beer, we’ve taken Tempest and aged it in Jack Daniels whiskey barrels for 7 months. Bitter chocolate, molasses, vanilla and oak in the nose are accented with rich, boozy chocolate flavours layered on coffee and rye.
