Description: Born from the hop fields of South Africa comes the Southern Passion hop. A hop noted for it's exotic flavour of passion fruit, earth and green grass. Smuggled back to Norway in a suitcase by intrepid explorer Geoffrey. He asked his rag tag ensemble to create a beer that would highlight the hops powerful flavours. The crew answered with a single hop IPA, dry hopped as well as dry passionfruited. The result - a flavour explosion of tropical notes, backed up by an orchestra of hop character. Best enjoyed in the jungles of Pappua new Guinea while bird watching with a loved one.
