Description: Inspired by the red-brown sour beers of Flanders, we added some different caramelized malts to our grain bill, in order to make a more vinous and dry version of those classical styles. The beer was aged for two years in two barrels, before blended with half a barrel of a wine made from sour cherries. The wine itself was also barrel-aged for about one year.
