We are excited about the release of the second beer of this series featuring a super elegant Colombian El Progresso roasted by Rothrock Coffee in State College, PA and brewed on our cold brew tower. The outcome is an absolute symphony of flavors led by the brightness of coffee on top of a complex malt base. We taste dark chocolate, cherry, lychees, bright coffee notes and caramel for a sweet, velvety finish.
