Description: Originally brewed for the amazing 2019 @brewskival beer fest and now triumphantly resurrected. We’ve stayed true to the original recipe but slightly tampered somewhat with the water profile i.e tweaked the salt additions to fit our current (endless?) line of DIPAs. Boatloads of Cashmere, Citra and Vic Secret hops over a malty backbone of finest Maris Otter, malted oats and a pinch of flaked wheat results in a thick hazy IPA saturated with hop flavors of citrus, candied orange and mango. Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Naked Oats, Torrefied Oats, Flaked Wheat. Hops: Cashmere, Citra & Vic Secret. Yeast: WLP066 London Fog
