Description: Scythes & Sickles DIPA is our newest DDH DIPA brewed with a wheat-heavier grist than we usually do. Reasonable amounts of Columbus and Simcoe on the hot side and then dry hopped excessively with Australian Ella and Galaxy hops. Saturated with hop flavors of candid orange, mango, peach and bright apricot. Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Wheat Malt, Naked Oats & Flaked Wheat. Hops: Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic, Galaxy & Ella Yeast: WLP066 London Fog
