Description: A blend of both our Bollywood Blonde and Jackhammer aged in sour oak casks; the sour pours a vibrant mahogany with a khaki cap of foam. The aroma is complex, and full of chocolate, tart cherry, oak, and apple cider vinegar. Vinous on the palate, with a complementary acidity. Mild bitterness steers toward balance, while the body is lighter than anticipated. The finish is long with a pleasant lingering acidity. HISTORY Bollywood Blonde and Jackhammer Old Ale are the base beers for our Divette and Brune, respectively. While we have sour oak barrels exclusively dedicated to the production of our bottle-conditioned sours, other beers rotate in and out of barrels destined for our sour draft beer. It wasn’t surprising that we quite enjoyed the blend of two of our most popular sour beers. We suspect you’ll feel the same.
