Kettle soured before fermentation, sweetened with chestnut chips for body and flavor, and finally embraced by an exaggerated maltiness. Recommended to be served in a 10oz tulip glass, of which cherries make up 60%, topped with a pink, foamy head this sparkling deep red ale is truly something else.
