Description: This 5.7% oak aged sour ale is a collaboration between Two Roads and Crooked Stave Brewing Co in Colorado. Brewed with 100% Colorado grown barely and primarily fermented with Two Roads' GB-2 yeast. It was then aged for 8 months in Crooked Stave's coveted "baby foudre" which is seasoned with their own mixed culture strains. Bone dry, with a moderately intense funky sourness. This is a one of a kind transcontinental brew!
