Description: The ingredients in bread making are extremely similar to beer making. So we thought it would be a good idea to see what result we’d get from mixing bread and beer together. We took some fresh bread from a local baker, chopped it up and added it into our Mash Tun alongside a dose of malted barley and some oats for added flavour. The resulting beer has a distinct bready sweetness which we have found to be deliciously satisfying enjoy.
