Description: After unmasking the secrets of the North Sea Dragon King, we turned our attention South. At the northern edge of the South China Sea, home of the second Dragon King, we uncovered another secret of the ancient meads. By combining our North Sea Dragon King with the ginger root indigenous to south China, we blended our hydromel with a flavor and polish both deceptively light and overwhelmingly refreshing. By adding a touch of carbonation and a hint of orange we brought to life a hydromel that would soothe even the anger of a South Sea Dragon King.
