Description: Asheville Afterlife Series #1: Black Ink Cascadian Dark Ale – The first collaboration of many in the Asheville Afterlife series between Asheville Brewing Co. and Burial Beer Co. Born in Asheville, a great writer went to the Northwest seeking great adventure. Born in the great Northwest, three sets of brewing hands went eastward to Asheville seeking its grand allure. We found it, and we intend to stick around a bit. This bold Cascadian Dark Ale comes packed with NW malt and yeast, is exceedingly hopped with the NW’s classic 4 “c” hops, and soaked in a fifth. Indulge in subtle dark flavors and abounding hop aromas.
