Description: As we say goodbye to “The Mothership” we’re brewing a few batches to commemorate our original brewhouse. Some you’ve seen before, like JT’s Oatmeal Stout, and a couple new ones like our Dry Hopped Sour Blonde. We soured the wort for this beer for 3 days in our kettle before fermenting, creating a tart refreshing Blonde Ale. Then we lightly dry hopped it with some of the fruitiest hops we have in our cooler. A little hoppy aroma goes a long way to compliment this sour ale. We’re excited for the future of “The Mothership” and very happy to celebrate the past in the only way we know how, by brewing. Cheers!
