This 5.2 percenter is brewed with 007 Idaho, Galaxy, and Cascade hops, and includes an intriguing malt bill of flaked oats, light crystal, plus a fair amount of wheat. “We’d been wanting to play with the 007 Idaho and to brew a session IPA,” says Pete Langheinrich, head brewer. “The hops give this easy-drinking beer a fantastic aroma and fruity flavors of tangerine, apricot, and pineapple.” Also known as “The Golden Hop,” 007 Idaho gives this summer beer a crisp, complex character.
