Description: LIVE EDGE is a Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout, using the same base as Kerf. We dipped into our Barrel House to take a few of our favorite barrel-aged beers from the past two years that have been developing beautifully, and used them to create a whole new blend. From our Barrel House we hand selected two Bourbon BA Stouts, two Apple Brandy BA Stouts, and two Bourbon BA Barleywines, to blend together. Once blended, we racked the new batch into Maple Bourbon Barrels to rest for an additional 12 months. The final product makes us think of a stack of french toast drenched in maple syrup, with notes of toffee, rich chocolate, vanilla, coconut, fig, & oak.
