We brought back the recipe from Leather, our 3rd anniversary Barleywine, that we filled into Four Roses barrels for 16 months. The nutella gives us notes of hazelnut chocolate truffles, soft and rich, while the caramel imparts a crisp burnt sugar taste. As you sip, warm Nutella frosted brownie and fig notes jump out.
